The search for the Sinulog 2011 Festival Queen is one of the highlights of Sinulog 2011 which pits the female lead dancers of the participating contingents to be worthy of the title. The Sinulog 2011 Festival Queen Winners were announced last January 14, 2011 at the Cebu City Sports Center.

- 2nd Runner-Up - BARBETTE JOANNE M. BADAOCDOC of Pintados Festival (Tacloban City, Leyte)
