Just to clarify the words "FOR FREE TO PUBLIC VIEWING" pero naa lagi entrance fee nga 100?

The word that was given to us was that it was FOR FREE until during that day that people were not allowed to view it unless you pay Php 100. I think both TV stations here in Cebu also mentioned that it was for free. Even Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama said it was for free.
