16 contingents participated the Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan 2013 today which started through a parade and ended at the Cebu City Sports Complex. The Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan winners were also declared today and the Top 5 will be joining the Sinulog 2011 Grand Parade this January 20, 2013.
The competition, in honor of Señor Santo Niño, is dedicated for the schools under the supervision of the Province of Cebu. Present during the event was Cebu City Mayor Michael L. Rama.
Below is the list of the Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan 2013 winners divided in two (2) divisions namely Elementary Division and High School Division:

- 4th Place Winner: Gregoria Milan Memorial Elementary School from Balamban
- 5th Place Winner: Naga Central Elementary School from Naga City Special Awards
- Best in Costume: Talisay City Central School
- Best in Musicality: Talisay City Central School
SECONDARY DIVISION
- Grand Champion: Carcar City Division from Carcar City
- 2nd Place Winner: Tuburan National High School from Tuburan
- 3rd Place Winner: Beatriz Durano Memorial National High School from Danao City
- 4th Place Winner: Toledo National Vocational School from Toledo City
- 5th Place Winner: Uling National High School from Naga City Special Awards
- Best in Costume: Carcar City Division
- Best in Musicality: Carcar City Division
