What's the most fastest wireless broadband in the Philippines?

I don't have any wireless broadband but I have been able to use 3 of the leading products from my friends. What lets them decide to purchase one will be dependent on its speed.

I have been curious, with these advertisements coming out in different media outlets, on who has the edge among the leading products. NESIC Philippines, Inc., a Telecommunications System Integrator established in the Philippines on April 10,1991 that provides full turnkey engineering services for both public and private business networks, covering telecommunications infrastructure and information management network systems, did a speed test on the leading products. Proofs of their unbiased reputation are these tests that they have done before.

For Cebu, they made a speed test in Ayala Center between Globe Tattoo and Smart Bro.

Here's the Nesic Philippines wireless broadband speedtest for your reference.

Throughput is the average rate of successful message delivery over a communication channel.

The Local FTP Download test used a 12MB file, which is about the size of three or four 3-minute MP3s with a bit rate of 128kbps. The International Download file size from download.com is 6MB, which is about the size of a really packed PowerPoint presentation or two MP3 files.

The NESIC Philippines speed test result shows that NO wireless broadband carrier can claim leadership over being the fastest as speed and quality of surfing experience. It will always depend on several factors that will affect its connectivity. One product can give the best experience in one area, but a worst one in another area.

If you're using Globe Tattoo, here are tips on how to use it effectively.
